HOW TO ENHANCE YOUR LIFE
– 5 EFFECTIVE WAYS TO LIFT YOUR SPIRIT –

You see, for several years I’ve tried conventional methods to improve my state of mind & lift my spirit. However, I had to realize that nothing had really been transformed in me. Unfortunately, I was still often sick, sad and unhappy for long periods, and I had to admit that I rarely felt joy and felt very little at peace with myself. I really had to figure out how to have a way better life. Then, I finally managed to find 5 effective ways to lift your spirit as well as enhancing your life. Which is why I thought I should share it with you so that you, in turn, could live a better life.
Luckily for me, I have always had this curiosity to learn and seek to know what exists in the world of alternative medicines, including unconventional therapies. I have tested many of them over the years and I will most likely continue to do so with the one and only goal of making things more enjoyable for my body, mind, and soul.
I am fully aware that what may work on me may be less effective on someone else. So the message is actually to search until you find what fits you best. However, you will need to know where to look first. And the answer to this last sentence is obviously IN you!
What’s EVERYTHING to you, when it comes to enhancing your life & Spirit
People have often told me: We’ve tried everything, I don’t know what to do anymore… What’s everything to you? Can you count them with the fingers of one hand? Because know that it is worthwhile to continue your research, you may find that your universe is developing in the most amazing way through the formation of new friendships and the development of new skills and knowledge that will be useful for your self-healing toolkit.
So, what should we do when we face a crossroads and need direction?
Well, for my part, I still use these 5 effective ways to enhance my life as well as my spirit.
Below I’ve listed 5 basic points that have helped to lift my spirit & truly enhance my life. And believe me, I’m sure that with practice they will also help yours :
1. Give yourself time for meditation!
Meditation is in itself one of the most important tools of self-healing and the best part about it is that it costs nothing, apart from your commitment and your time! There are countless techniques of meditation all as varied from each other. That’s why I advise you to inform yourself and find the technique that will suit you best.
By playing meditation music at the 432Htz frequency and devoting time to serene contemplation, your meditation session will soothe your soul and you will feel reconnected with the highest aspect of yourself.
2. Use Aromatherapy and essential oils.
To restore balance and rejuvenate your spirit (so to speak). You can always opt for a blend of a selection of essential oils in an aromatherapy oil burner. For my part, I greatly appreciate the following mixture, which in my own opinion works wonderfully when I have to perform massage therapy, support and healing treatments
I suggest you try the following. One hour before going to sleep, place a few droplets of the oils mentioned below in an aromatherapy oil burner with just a little water (please for safety reasons, do not forget to extinguish the flame before falling to sleep)…
Here is the recommended mix:
- 4 drops Jasmine oil
- 4 drops Rose oil
- 4 drops of Neroli oil
- 3 drops of Lavender oil
- 3 drops of Bergamot oil
The smell is simply divine, believe me! I use it from time to time and I confess to you that once the smell is spread in the room I fall asleep like a real baby. In addition, my anxiety and stress disappear. In other words, I have the feeling that the weight of the world was off my shoulders the next morning! (However, if you have a small room, you may need to halve the number of drops mentioned above.
3. Learn to breathe well!
Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart. Then relax and take 3 breaths and exhale both slow and deep. When you do, try to use your diaphragm muscles as much as possible. Inhale deeply through the nose and exhale through the mouth opening it slightly. At the same time, imagine yourself inhaling your own personal power. Then, feel this energy filling every cell of your body, from your diaphragm to the whole of your being.
Feel and be this energy, linked to it in order to be your own personal power! Visualize how it allows you to become taller, straighter and stronger. Now, you will repeat the following steps.
4. Live in the present moment.
So, this time I’m gonna ask you to take a few deep breaths and really focus entirely on the present moment. Since at this precise moment the past is non-existent and the future has not yet been created, in reality only NOW exists. So concentrate and feel it!
No matter what you do, if you read a book for example or even this article, try to do your best to stay completely focused on the words you read in order to really grasp their meaning. Since, in the present moment, it’s just you and this article.
Or, if you’re at work, focus totally on what you have to accomplish, and only on that task, and then on what you should do to accomplish it. Nothing else should matter except you and your task at hand. You will see that by doing so you will become more productive and your work will definitely be a success.

5. It will be important to define its intention.
When I try to find something new and useful for myself, I always start by establishing my intention in relation to what I am looking for.
To give you an example, If I want to find the right book that will give me the answers I am looking for in order to direct me to another healing technique or skill. I then meditate on this intention, I let the idea circulate in me, I give it time to impregnate itself inside my heart. Then, without too much surprise, in no time I will have found the ideal book for me at this precise moment! I like to use the power of intention (when the intention is directed wisely) I also use the power of intention to get a parking space when I go shopping! And I’m telling you, most of the time it works very well.
The power of intention
In recent years, I have rarely fallen ill and the last time I had a medical examination, these dear doctors told me that I am in perfect health I admit I was surprised, knowing that they like to find us any kind of new disease!…). Just kidding a bit.)
However, sometimes I still feel sadness and I am not immunized to unhappiness (I am still human as far as I know.) But at least neither of them lasts for a long time as in the past. Before my inner transformation, I could be in this state for several days, sometimes even weeks. However, today I am proud to say that what lasts much longer is my peaceful state. Since it is with these 5 ways of enhancing the spirit that I have been able to access the well-being I currently feel.
