TIPS TO LIVE A HEALTHY LIFE
Today, we all seem busy running in our everyday lives that we hardly allow ourselves any more time to take care of us. That’s why it’s not surprising that many of us are currently exhausted and weakened. So I looked into the subject in order to find simple solutions to allow us to improve our quality of life. That’s why I came up with those few tips to live a healthy life.
What Can We Do To Improve Our Quality Of Life?
We live in a hectic society, where our health and well-being can easily be neglected. Our obligations between work, family, friends, social commitments, means that we sometimes have less time to take care of ourselves. However, there are ways to live a healthy life despite the frantic pace of the Western world.
Drink, Drink, Drink and Drink WATER Again & Again!
You have probably heard this advice a thousand times before and you will surely hear it a thousand times more. For the simple reason that this advice is the basis of a healthy life and this essential advice is obviously: To DRINK WATER!
Take a few moments to think it over. You probably know that the body is about 70% water. But what you may not know is that a simple 5% drop in body fluids can result in a 25-30% energy loss. While a 15% loss can even cause death! Nowadays, as I write these lines, more than 65 to 70% of us do not drink enough water. Imagine, this shows us that more than half of the world’s population does not hydrate properly! And this statistic is much more alarming when combined with poor air quality, bad food and stress, which also take a toll on our health.
However, when you think about it, it should not be a difficult problem for Western society to solve. Since its inhabitants, all have access to drinking water. Simply drink a glass of water every hour, or about 10 to 12 glasses a day. With this simple gesture, you will already notice a considerable increase in your energy level.
Eat Living Food & Live Your Life Healthily!
As I mentioned in another article: (Raw Food Diet), heating food above 116°F will destroy a large portion of the nutrient content. Then, knowing that we generally don’t eat enough vegetables already, it becomes a serious problem. That’s why nutritionists recommend eating at least five servings of fresh vegetables a day. But be honest, how many of you are actually doing it?
There’s also a wonderful way to enjoy all the nutrients found in fresh vegetables without having to spend all day in front of your stove. Or having raw celery sticks to eat. This solution is to prepare excellent vegetable juices. To do this, you will need a good quality centrifuge (because some lower quality centrifuges tend to expose vegetables to the heat produced by friction, which breaks down most of the enzymes important to us). Believe me, eating fresh vegetables and drinking your own juices is a great way to help you live a healthy life! Plus, it only takes a fraction of the time (cooking isn’t necessary for these things) so it’s convenient for your fast pace of life. You can bring your juice to work and even give your kids juice for snacks at school!
Another element that will clearly benefit you is wheatgrass. The latter is an excellent source of nutrition. it is particularly rich in chlorophyll (which is described by many as “vegetable blood”). Because it’s closely similar to human red blood cell molecules). Then, this small nutritional wonder contains more than 100 elements necessary to the body. Fresh cereals are also an excellent source of vitamins and minerals.
Energy Absorption And Expense
Now, let’s move on to exercise and training, two words more or less interesting for some of us. However, if I can give you any advice it would be not to take exercise as a waste of time. You don’t have to spend a lot of time on it either because you might end up getting bored. Nevertheless, you should know that there are many options for you to stay active and exercise your 5 components of fitness. I invite you to click on the link below to read the article that will explain what these 5 components are and also give you more than 10 activity ideas to stay active.
The Gyms Are Not What They Used To Be!
If we go back a few years, the gyms of the time generally offered only weight rooms, and some of them, aerobics classes. However, today that has changed enormously. Since now you can find cross-fit, aquagym, yoga, pilates, spinning, dance exercises, step, as well as a wide range of new training options and technology. So take your chance and find out what’s available in your neighborhood.
However, I understand that there are some of you who simply don’t have the time or even the money to join a gym. But, tell yourself that this is not a valid excuse not to work your muscles. If you prefer to spend your mornings and nights at home, then why not get a stationary bike or a walker. For my part, I admit that I would be lost without my bike, I try to ride a few kilometers daily, nothing excessive, but at least it keeps me active and my son loves to come with me. Then at least I don’t feel so bad sitting in front of the television and listening to one of my favorite shows.
If, on the other hand, you are currently suffering from an illness or injury or if your physical condition is weakened, you may want to consider these valuable tips:
The Danger Of Inactivity
When you are physically disabled, especially if you are ill, it can be a colossal struggle to do as little movement as possible in one day. However, the danger in all this is that your inactivity could result in further energy losses. Then, let it become a self-sustaining cycle unconsciously by yourself until you even have trouble getting up from your couch.
When you want to return to a physical routine, it is important to start slowly. I’d even say really slowly. This may sound ridiculous, but in the first two weeks, I advise you to walk only 5 minutes a day. Respect the time, exactly 5 minutes, not one more, even if you think you will be able to continue. Then, when the 2 weeks are over, increase to 8 minutes, then to 13 minutes, 21 minutes…
The important thing will be to gradually and constantly increase your physical activity until you reach the level with which you are comfortable. For my part, I used the Fibonacci suite to determine my evolution 126.96.36.199.188.8.131.52.34.55, but that was my personal idea, you can do what you want.
Take The First Step, You’ll See That It Work
It may sound silly, but it works. Indeed, you manipulate your body so that it produces even more energy. When we increase our training time slowly our body is not aware of what is happening. That’s why, if you follow this technique, even before you realize it, you’ll be comfortable within your limits every day. Because even if the increase will be constant, your body won’t feel it..
So this is the main point I wanted to convey to you today. If you take the time to give yourself some time and reorganize your life a little, in order to take better physical and eating habits, and if you don’t forget to drink a glass of water every hour or even half an hour, you will have taken the first steps to live a healthy life.
Take Time For Yourself!
To conclude, know that taking some time for yourself will always be positive. As well as allowing time for meditation will be a great way to reduce your stress. Don’t sit for long hours, move, walk and always give yourself at least a 5-minutes rest every day… Even when you are in the shower because for some it’s the only place where you can be alone and quiet. But know that if you apply those tips, living a healthy life will be quite possible and I am sure you will!
I would also like to draw your attention to a very important point. This point not to be neglected is to LAUGH! Yes, have fun, the stronger the better! You’ll be surprised how a simple gesture like this can cheer you up and everyone around you!
Leave us your comments, they are always appreciated and it will be our pleasure to speak with you on this subject. So on that note, see you soon!
